The eQuality Project: Criminal Case Law
This data base lists most of the Criminal Code provisions applicable to technology-facilitated violence. It summarizes some of the case law relevant to each of the provisions.

BC Society of Transition Houses
The BSCTH created information sheets
to assist frontline anti-violence workers to better understand the legal causes of action related to defamation, stalking and cyberstalking and the distribution of non-consensual images and the possible legal remedies for service recipients when they are addressing technology-facilitated violent incidents.
